How does the process work from start to finish?

Fill out Information: Complete the order form, providing all the necessary details such as quantity and any additional requests.
Payment: Proceed to make the payment for your order using the provided payment options.
Box Delivery: Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you a box containing a return label and detailed instructions on how to pack your items.
Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the items you are sending to us, ensuring they are well-protected during transit. Follow the instructions provided in the package to prepare and secure your items for shipping.
Order Fulfillment: Upon receiving your package, our team will begin the digitization process. Please allow 1-5 weeks for us to complete the order with meticulous care and attention to detail.
Return Shipment: Once the digitization process is complete, we will securely package your items. We will then ship them back to you, along with the chosen storage medium (flash drive, HDD) or provide access to the digital files via a private link.
Enjoy and Share: Upon receiving your package, you can enjoy your digitized items and easily share them with your loved ones, relishing in the preserved memories.
Please note that the time frame mentioned for order fulfillment may vary depending on the volume of orders and other factors.
How do I choose how I want to receive the photos during checkout?
During the order form process, you will have the option to select how you want to receive your digital photos. You can choose between three options: a private link, a flash drive, or a 1 TB hard drive.
How will I get my pictures back?
Once we have completed the scanning and digitization process, we will deliver the digital photos to you based on your chosen preference. If you select the private link option, we will provide you with a secure link that grants you access to your photos online. If you choose a physical storage option like a flash drive or a 1 TB hard drive, we will ship the storage device to your address.
Will you return the original pictures to me?
Yes, we understand the sentimental value of your original photos. We will carefully package and return your original pictures.
Will you keep my pictures in order?
While we strive to maintain the order of the photos, we cannot guarantee the exact sequence of every photo. However, we will make our best effort to keep them organized based on the order in which they were received. If you have any specific requests or instructions regarding the order, please let us know in the order form note section, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Do you edit and clean the pictures?
Yes, we provide basic editing services to enhance the quality of your photos. This includes fixing red-eye issues and performing light cleaning to remove dust. Please note that we focus on preserving the original look and feel of the photos, and extensive editing or restoration services may not be included. If you have specific requirements or requests for editing, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.
